Terms and Conditions:
This Additional Warranty Card extends the warranty coverage for your RGL LED TV beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It provides an additional warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The only parts covered in this warranty are the motherboard and backlight
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the RGL LED TV and is non-transferable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the normal and intended use of the product.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, natural disasters, power surges, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.
To claim warranty service, the customer must present the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to an authorized service center of RGL. The warranty service will be provided free of charge for eligible repairs or replacements.
Any repair or replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty period beyond the total warranty coverage of 1 year.
The warranty does not cover accessories, remote controls, batteries, cables, or any other external attachments provided with the RGL LED TV. These items are subject to their warranty terms, if applicable.
The warranty service will be provided within the geographical limits specified by RGL. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs incurred for service outside these limits.
The warranty is void if the RGL LED TV's serial number is altered, defaced, or removed.
Radha Marketing reserves the right to inspect the RGL LED TV before approving any warranty claims. The decision of the authorized service center regarding the eligibility of a warranty claim is final.
This Additional Warranty Card is valid only when accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Raipur (CHHATTISGARH).
Please retain the original proof of purchase in a safe place. In the case of warranty service, it will be required for verification.
